Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate room assignments and billing information.
- Manage the front desk operations during assigned shifts, including answering phones and managing correspondence.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Process payments securely and balance daily financial transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain room standards.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hotel front desk, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and reservation software.
