Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using property management software.
- Manage phone inquiries, email correspondence, and package deliveries.
- Assist with guest requests, including directions and local recommendations.
- Perform security checks and maintain the lobby area cleanliness.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
