Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk operations including check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries
- Train and mentor front desk staff on service standards and hotel systems
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Manage room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping for optimal occupancy
- Implement revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue
- Collaborate with departments (housekeeping, sales, F&B) for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel front desk management experience in luxury properties
- Proven leadership skills with staff training expertise
- Advanced proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication and multitasking capabilities
- Valid Missouri hospitality management certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
