Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle mail, deliveries, and package management efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining lobby cleanliness standards.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with patience and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
