We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and customer-service-driven Full-Time Front Desk Agent to join our growing team. This is a shift-based position requiring a flexible schedule to ensure our operations run smoothly 24/7.

Responsibilities
- Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures for guests and visitors.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Monitor building security systems, including keycard access and lobby cameras.
- Handle cash handling, credit card processing, and billing inquiries accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Resolve guest complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a front desk or reception role is preferred but not required.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
