Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes
- Handle reservations and room assignments with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Provide concierge services and local recommendations
- Work flexible shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic math and cash handling skills
