Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes
- Manage room reservations and optimize occupancy through upselling
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Utilize property management systems (Opera/PMS) efficiently
- Assist with special event coordination and VIP guest handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/front desk experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in property management systems (training provided)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if required for errands)
