Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate room assignments and ensure accurate billing information
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Upsell hotel services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems and yield management
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
