Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth workflow across all departments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue and enhance guest satisfaction scores.
- Manage the annual budget, P&L, and forecasting with precision and accuracy.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers and staff.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
- Foster a culture of exceptional service and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven track record of financial management and cost-control strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
