Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through efficient check-in/check-out procedures and personalized assistance
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness
- Process payments accurately and maintain confidential guest information
- Utilize property management systems (Opera, Fidelio) to track occupancy and availability
- Conduct VIP room inspections and prepare for special events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- Basic knowledge of Phoenix attractions and local amenities
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
