Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas following brand standards
- Restock amenities and ensure supplies meet luxury hotel expectations
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with engineering team
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Provide turndown service and special guest requests
Qualifications
- Previous hotel/housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid work authorization and clean background check
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic English proficiency for guest interactions
