Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and expense control
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and brand standards
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for operational needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years hotel management experience with luxury brands
- Proven track record in revenue management and P&L oversight
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Arizona hospitality management certification preferred
