Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Train and supervise 15+ staff members to maintain service excellence
- Manage room inventory and optimize revenue through strategic pricing
- Resolve guest complaints promptly with personalized solutions
- Collaborate with sales team to develop corporate partnerships
- Implement health and safety protocols exceeding industry standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hotel management experience in full-service properties
- Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction scores
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Nebraska hospitality management certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
