Responsibilities
- Manage daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance guest satisfaction
- Monitor financial performance including budget management and cost control
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for event and group bookings
- Conduct staff training sessions and performance evaluations
- Handle guest complaints and ensure resolution meets brand standards
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years hotel operations experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Ohio driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional certification (CHA, AHLEI) preferred
