Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge services
- Develop and implement staff training programs to maintain service excellence standards
- Manage departmental budgets and optimize operational efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complex service issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with sales team to coordinate VIP guest experiences and event operations
- Monitor property maintenance and vendor relationships to ensure quality standards
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- 5+ years progressive hotel operations experience with 2+ years in management
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and guest satisfaction targets
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in staff development and coaching
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
