Responsibilities
- Manage all front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations during assigned shifts
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain service excellence standards
- Train and supervise staff performance during shift rotations
- Coordinate with department heads for seamless service transitions
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and brand protocols
- Handle cash management and POS system operations
- Conduct shift briefings and handover communications
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel shift management experience required
- Proven leadership skills in hospitality environments
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of Opera or similar hotel management systems
- Flexible availability for evening/night/weekend shifts
- Oklahoma hotel/motel operator license preferred
- Ability to work standing for extended periods
- Basic CPR certification required
