Responsibilities
- Manage check-ins/checkouts with efficiency and warmth during overnight hours
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly using our property management system
- Monitor security systems and ensure lobby/public areas are safe and welcoming
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately
- Create detailed incident reports and communicate with day shift management
- Assist with valet services and transportation coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or luxury customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/holidays required)
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's card (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Multilingual skills (Spanish/Chinese) highly valued
