Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Manage and mentor front-of-house staff, including front desk agents, bell services, and housekeeping liaisons.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen and housekeeping departments to maintain operational standards.
- Enforce all safety, security, and emergency protocols strictly during your shift.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to align the team on goals, duties, and specific guest expectations.
- Process transactions and manage cash handling procedures accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations, guest services, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory or shift management experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or GED required.
