Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations during assigned shifts
- Train and mentor 5-8 team members on service standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with empathy
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with housekeeping departments
- Implement safety protocols during emergency situations
- Process payments and manage cash drawer reconciliation
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to align team goals
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel or hospitality leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred
- Excellent conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Texas Food Handler certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
