Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk, housekeeping, and security operations during assigned shifts
- Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and training initiatives
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company standards
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless operations
- Conduct nightly audits and prepare shift reports for management
- Assist with emergency protocols and crisis management as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years hotel supervisory experience
- Proven ability to manage teams during peak hours and high-pressure situations
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
- Valid Louisiana hospitality certification or willingness to obtain
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic first aid and CPR certification required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
