Responsibilities
- Manage daily hotel operations during assigned shifts (check-in/out, room assignments, maintenance coordination)
- Lead and mentor front desk, housekeeping, and concierge teams (4-8 staff members)
- Resolve guest inquiries and service escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies for departments
- Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Conduct shift handovers and prepare daily activity reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel or hospitality supervisory experience
- Flexible availability for day/evening/weekend shifts
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Valid California driver's license (required for vendor runs)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
