Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor front desk, housekeeping, and valet teams during assigned shifts
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and VIP requests with professionalism
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and brand standards
- Monitor occupancy rates and optimize staffing levels for peak performance
- Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping operations for flawless guest experiences
- Prepare shift reports and communicate operational insights to management
- Train staff on service excellence and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience required
- Proven ability to manage shift-based operations
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Milwaukee tourism and hospitality landscape
- High school diploma; hospitality degree preferred
- Valid Wisconsin food handler/servsafe certification
