Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shift operations ensuring seamless guest check-in/out experiences
- Manage team performance including scheduling, training, and conflict resolution
- Handle VIP guest requests and high-pressure situations with exceptional composure
- Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures during all shifts
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for operational excellence
- Resolve escalated guest complaints while maintaining brand standards
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience with night/shift work background
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Advanced knowledge of PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- TLS/OLCC certification or equivalent alcohol service training
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
