Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails with accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Assist guests with local recommendations and restaurant reservations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience is necessary; full training will be provided.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
