Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping operations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with precision and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly using hotel protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all public and guest areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours and special events
- Operate hotel management systems and POS technology
- Assist with inventory management and supply replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's Card (or obtain within 30 days)
