Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/out, room service, and concierge support
- Manage daily operations including inventory control, reservations, and billing
- Maintain pristine facility standards through routine cleaning and maintenance checks
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless event execution
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly with professionalism
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Maryland Food Handler's/ServSafe certification preferred
