- Front Desk Operations: Handle check-in and check-out procedures for employees or guests, managing keys and access cards as needed.
- Communication: Distribute mail, packages, and messages efficiently throughout the facility.
- Customer Assistance: Answer general inquiries about our location, services, and business hours with a helpful attitude.
- Administrative Support: Assist with light data entry, filing, and maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area.
Qualifications
