Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and check them in/out with a smile, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby areas, and public spaces.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in coordinating housekeeping services and managing room status updates.
- Collaborate with the culinary and maintenance teams to ensure all hotel amenities are fully operational.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or the hotel industry is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and hotel management software is a plus.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
