Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments in public areas and guest rooms
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and positive guest experiences
- Follow all hotel policies and safety protocols
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop professional skills
- Support special events and seasonal operations as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive onboarding training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
