Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, managing check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and grace.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, fine dining reservations, and hotel amenities.
- Maintain a pristine lobby and common areas, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization.
- Collaborate seamlessly with housekeeping, maintenance, and culinary teams to address guest requests promptly.
- Handle incoming calls and internal communications with a polite and courteous demeanor.
- Support special events and banquets as needed, ensuring a seamless execution of high-profile functions.
- Uphold all company policies, brand standards, and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality or customer service industry.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evening hours.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; college degree in Hospitality preferred.
- Proficiency in front desk software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
