Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest journey
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries efficiently
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
- Handle billing and payment processing accurately
- Maintain pristine lobby and common areas
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
- Adhere to all safety and brand standards
Qualifications
- No hospitality experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency (typing and navigation)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid work authorization in the United States
