Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during all shift hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Efficiently manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Perform detailed room inspections and ensure impeccable cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requests
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across all departments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid Texas driver's license (if applicable to role)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
