As a key leadership role, you will work closely with the General Manager to drive profitability, maintain the highest standards of hospitality, and foster a positive work environment for our dedicated staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Train, mentor, and coach hotel staff to uphold the luxury brand standards and improve guest satisfaction scores.
- Manage and resolve guest complaints and special requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Assist in financial planning, including budget preparation, cost control, and revenue management analysis.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and security protocols across the property.
- Collaborate with the culinary and events teams to coordinate high-profile functions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, specifically in a luxury or upscale setting.
- Proven track record of leadership and staff development.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in PMS (Property Management Systems) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Certification in Food Safety (ServSafe) is a plus.
