Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Make beds, change linens, and dust furniture according to strict quality control standards.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) and ensure bathrooms are spotless.
- Organize storage areas, linen closets, and closets to maximize efficiency.
- Remove trash and recyclables and replace trash liners regularly.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
