- Clean and Sanitize: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict hygiene standards.
- Amenities: Ensure rooms are stocked with fresh linens, toiletries, and coffee supplies.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering department immediately.
- Laundry: Sort, wash, and fold linens efficiently to ensure a continuous supply for the hotel.
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests with a smile and address any immediate requests or concerns professionally.
- Organization: Maintain the cleanliness of housekeeping carts and storage areas.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable work history.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills are required.
