Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine cleanliness in guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Perform detailed linen changes, bed-making, and sanitization protocols
- Stock inventory of amenities and supplies in all assigned areas
- Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly
- Adhere to strict safety and sanitation standards
- Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Manage daily room quotas efficiently while maintaining quality
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
