Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Make and make beds with precision, ensuring linens are crisp and taut.
- Change bed linens and replace guest amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) according to brand standards.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the assigned floor or area.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues (leaks, loose fixtures) and report them immediately to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and respect for guest privacy at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills to meet cleaning quotas efficiently.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
