Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
- Monitor security cameras and access points to ensure the safety of the property.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Perform nightly security rounds and inspect guest rooms for safety issues.
- Assist with wake-up calls and minor maintenance requests.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be willing to work rotating night shifts (typically 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel software quickly.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
