Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas
- Efficiently prepare rooms for new arrivals following brand standards
- Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies
- Address maintenance issues promptly and document accurately
- Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams
- Perform deep cleaning tasks during periodic turnovers
Qualifications
- Previous hotel/housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Keen attention to detail and quality standards
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid work authorization in the US
- Reliable transportation to downtown Philadelphia location
