Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs
- Provide turndown services and accommodate special guest requests
- Train junior staff on proper cleaning techniques and procedures
- Complete daily checklists and quality assurance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping experience in hospitality
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Certification in bloodborne pathogens preferred
- Basic knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning products
