Responsibilities
- Perform Thorough Cleaning: Dust, vacuum, sanitize, and polish rooms, suites, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Manage Linens: Strip beds, change linens, and restock bathrooms with toiletries and amenities.
- Shift Adherence: Work specific shifts (Morning, Afternoon, or Night) as scheduled, ensuring consistent coverage and high-quality service.
- Equipment Maintenance: Properly operate and maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals according to safety guidelines.
- Inspect Work: Conduct self-inspections to verify all tasks are completed to the company's high standards before leaving the area.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for residents and staff.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, for shift work.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is spotless.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screening; must be punctual and dependable.
