Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to brand standards
- Execute detailed deep cleaning protocols for bathrooms, bedrooms, and public spaces
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen with precision and efficiency
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and sustainable cleaning practices
- Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly
- Train junior staff on cleaning techniques and brand procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality sector
- Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
