Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and common areas following brand standards
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including carpet care, upholstery cleaning, and sanitization
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Train junior staff on cleaning procedures and quality standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid work authorization and clean background check
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic English proficiency for guest interaction
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Certification in cleaning/sanitation protocols preferred
