Responsibilities
- Monitor hotel premises during the night shift to ensure guest safety and security.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Assist the front desk team with check-ins, key management, and overnight concierge duties.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and emergency situations.
- Conduct nightly security rounds and document any irregularities.
- Ensure all amenities (linens, toiletries, etc.) are stocked and ready for the next day.
- Manage luggage storage and valet services for arriving and departing guests.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide full training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
- Must pass a background check.
