- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with exceptional service
- Process payments and manage reservations for weekend occupancy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Execute upselling initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain security protocols and guest confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Sabre)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for errands)
