Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas thoroughly.
- Change bed linens, restock toiletries, and ensure rooms are fully furnished.
- Report maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or needed repairs, to the supervisor.
- Follow all health and safety protocols regarding chemical use and sanitation.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned cleaning tasks within the shift.
- Interact professionally with guests and colleagues to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Secure keys and access cards, and lock doors upon completion of duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy items and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional).
