Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional concierge services including restaurant reservations, transportation coordination, and local attraction recommendations
- Manage VIP guest check-ins/checkouts with personalized attention to detail
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism and discretion
- Collaborate with housekeeping, security, and F&B teams for seamless guest experiences
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Dallas attractions, events, and cultural offerings
- Upsell premium hotel services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction
- Process payments and manage billing transactions accurately
Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury hotel or high-end hospitality experience required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and composure under pressure
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Delphi)
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
