Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, biotech, and AI convergence
- Lead R&D initiatives on next-gen human-machine interfaces and ethical AI frameworks
- Conduct horizon-scanning for emerging technologies and disruptive market shifts
- Partner with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with 2030 UN SDGs
- Design and validate predictive models for climate-positive industrial ecosystems
- Manage stakeholder ecosystems including academic institutions, government labs, and venture capitalists
- Drive adoption of circular economy principles in product lifecycle management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Proven track record in scaling from prototype to market-ready solutions
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for frontier technologies (FDA, FCC, ISO 21434)
