Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps by analyzing emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future product concepts with technical and business stakeholders
- Produce detailed strategic frameworks for market entry, partnerships, and M&A opportunities in emerging sectors
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation initiatives using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Represent company vision at industry forums, conferences, and regulatory discussions shaping 2026+ technology policies
- Mentor junior strategists and build internal innovation capabilities through knowledge sharing programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field with 8+ years in strategic planning
- Proven experience developing long-term roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence sectors
- Deep understanding of emerging technology adoption curves and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Palisade)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives resulting in $50M+ revenue impact
- Certification in Future Studies, Strategic Foresight, or Technology Forecasting preferred
