Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop 2026+ innovation roadmaps integrating AI, IoT, and sustainable tech
- Identify emerging market gaps and patent opportunities in next-gen domains
- Partner with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with long-term growth targets
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies in biotech, quantum, and climate sectors
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members using data-driven storytelling
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders incubation program
- Drive implementation of pilot projects with $5M+ annual innovation budget
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or future foresight roles
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures from concept to market leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AI ethics) with published thought leadership
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience presenting to C-suite and investment committees ($10M+ deals)
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year strategic planning outcomes
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
